I ordered this and several other Pico Terrain (3mm) ACW structures. They are made of grey resin or plastic. Some trimming mold injection points on the bottom is required, but trivial. They are deeply carved. I washed in soapy water, primed flat black and drybrushed. Very fast and effective. Works well with Altar of Freedom 3mm ground scale.
